FINALISTS ANNOUNCED FOR WOMEN'S ICE HOCKEY UNIVERSITY DIVISION COACH of the YEAR
The American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) has announced the finalists for this year's Women's Ice Hockey University Division Coach of the Year. The finalists are comprised of the top vote-getters in conference Coach of the Year balloting, as well as coaches who take their teams to the "Frozen Four." This award, which was established in 1998, was captured last year by Judy Oberting of Dartmouth College. The 2001 Women's Ice Hockey University Division Coach of the Year presented during the annual AHCA Convention in Naples, FL, on Saturday, April 28.
