MIDDLEBURY, VT — Five of the 18 players honored today as 2009 RBK HOCKEY DIVISION III WOMEN’S ALL-AMERICANS will be competing for an NCAA Division III Women’s Ice Hockey Championship in Middlebury, VT, this weekend. NCAA semifinalists Elmira (3), Amherst (1) and Middlebury (1) had the five selections. Noteworthy: the only repeat first team selections are senior forward Danielle Blanchard of Plattsburgh and senior forward Nicole Grossman of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. All six West All Americans are Minnesota natives.

RBK HOCKEY ALL-AMERICAN ICE HOCKEY TEAMS are sponsored by RBK HOCKEY, an international leader in hockey equipment, and chosen by members of the AMERICAN HOCKEY COACHES ASSOCIATION. Due to the number of teams regionally, the coaches have established two East teams and one West team.
