2023 AHCA Vendor information
To our Partners and Exhibitors,
All of us at AHCA would like to thank you for your support over the years, especially the past few years dealing with a pause in the Convention and moving to a new hotel.
We were all disappointed to see the Naples Beach Hotel close but we are proud of our new location at the Naples Grande Hotel. It's a beautiful hotel, but with the change, there were unexpected costs that we didn't experience at the previous hotel.
The Exhibitor's Show has been a big part of the Convention for many years, but after much consideration, we have decided to eliminate the Show from what it has been in the past.
For 2023, we will have a very limited amount of opportunities for sponsors to display but the hope is that all will want to stay involved by attending the Convention with our new Vendor category, see the attached application- convention fee. This fee will give you access to all convention meetings and give your company a listing in our AHCA Vendor Directory that will be distributed to college coaches throughout the year plus live on our AHCA website.

There are two ways to sign up as a Convention Vendor and join us in Naples in 2023:
- Download a print our 2023 Vendor Convention Fee PDF Document and return with payment to the address listed on the document.
- Fill out 2023 Vendor Convention Online Registration Form. After filling out the form, you will be directed to a page where you can pay your fee via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. Credit Cards are also accepted via PayPal.
For over 75 years the AHCA Convention has brought college coaches together to strengthen relationships, improve the game and most of all help grow the sport. Your support is vital to the success of the Convention.
